Alhamdulillah ,, harini yana da berjaya buat 3 report patient ,, harini gak first time dlm sem IV mengadap management .. esok mybe wad busy .. rsaw da ni takotII xdpt cover observation ngn medication .. rsawII ni antara report yg yana tulis .. ~ huhuhu ngn bangge ~ xsbar na grade bulan december ni .. hureyyyyyy !!
During taken over report , general condition patient comfortable , alert and concious. Vital sign checked and recorded. BP : 120/80 mmhg , Pulse : 62/min , Respiration : 20/min , Temperature : 37'c , Pain score : 1/10 and Spo2 : 99% RA. Patient complaint of pain at the site. At 11.00pm seen by DR.X continue as planned. Medication given as ordered.
